Adoption

Long-haired kitten

See the cats we have available for adoption, learn about our adoption process, and find out how to make your cat adoption go more smoothly.

Adopting a new furry companion is a big commitment. Cats live for 12-18 years. Some cats love having kids, other cats, and even dogs to play with. Others prefer quieter homes. If you’re ready to bring a new cat or kitten into your home, we are sure that we can find the right one for you.

The first step is for you to look at who we have available. Read about them and think about whether they might make a good companion for you.

Next, download our adoption form and email it back to us. It may seem like we ask for a lot of information, but over the years, we’ve honed our process to ensure that most of our placements are successful and become forever homes for our rescues.

After you complete and return the adoption form, someone will be in touch with you about your application. It may take 48-72 hours before you hear from us, because we are an all-volunteer organization. If for some reason, we don’t have a cat that suits your situation, we’ll keep your application on file and reach out to you when we do.
